Hartmann Medical is a full-service partner for the qualification, placement and long-term integration of international medical professionals. Since 2019 we have successfully integrated approximately 900 professionals and 800 trainees.
Our focus is on Tunisia, Morocco and Turkey, where we maintain exclusive partnerships with universities and language schools. This gives us access to more than 4,000 medical graduates every year.
We place qualified professionals from all healthcare specialisations: nursing professionals (incl. intensive care, anaesthesia and geriatrics), physiotherapists, physicians, speech therapists, midwives, OTA (surgical technical assistance), MTR (medical radiology), ÄTA (anaesthesia technical assistance) and nursing trainees. All candidates complete our full qualification and integration programme — from language training to professional recognition.
From candidate selection to start of work in your facility the process typically takes 6 to 12 months. This includes language training, recognition procedures and visa applications.
Every candidate reaches at least B2 level on the Common European Framework of Reference. That is the legal requirement for recognition and enables confident communication in day-to-day work.
We achieve a recognition rate of 98%. That is well above the industry average and the result of our structured preparation and close support through the recognition process.
Costs vary with the scope of services and number of candidates. The investment typically pays back within 12–18 months through reduced turnover and time savings. We are happy to provide an individual quote.
In our standard model, Hartmann Medical covers the cost of language training and the recognition process. Facilities pay a one-off placement fee on successful integration.
All candidates go through a multi-stage selection process with professional tests, language tests and personality assessments. They also receive intensive exam preparation and technical-language training.
Our retention rate is above 95%. Should a departure occur in the first 12 months, we offer a free replacement under our guarantee.
We provide a comprehensive onboarding with housing support, administrative help, intercultural training and a personal mentor. The integration programme runs for at least 12 months.
As a facility you need no special permissions. We handle every legal step: work permit, visa, recognition procedure and registration with the relevant authorities.

Yes — we have a network of landlords and housing associations that work specifically with international professionals. We support housing search and initial paperwork.
